The service took quite awhile. I got there early and it was still over an hour. I am satisfied with the service and courtesy of my service person. The thing I didn’t like was I got there early and it was still over an hour. I am satisfied with the service and courtesy of my service person. The thing I didn’t like was the finance woman. She was in her office on the phone- being rude and belligerent to what sounded like a few different customers while I was waiting on my car. It put me off from buying another car from Robert Brogden ever again! If this is how people are treated after purchasing a car, I’ll pass thank you! Maybe she should keep her door closed during business hours. More
