The attendants were certainly busy, and they were sure to let everyone know that they were with frequent complaining. My particular attendant however was very nice and did not partake. There was no explanation of the recall service that was done, I had no knowledge of the recall. I had a basic question about the services I received and it took three people in the delivery bay to answer. Overall, I received the services I asked for, which is good. But the service itself did not feel great. I think they handheld my 2021 Sierra Denali like I was at any other corner repair shop. I've had better quality of service at Jiffy Lube. More
