Service department is organized and prepared when customer comes in for appointment. Attentive to concerns regarding service actions, as well as with follow-up. Service writers work great with the customer comes in for appointment. Attentive to concerns regarding service actions, as well as with follow-up. Service writers work great with the mechanics/technicans with keeping customer informed. Arriving for vehicle drop-off is quick and easy. They are proactive with customer communications, if delays with service are encountered, as encountered with a recent warranty action. No surprises when time to pickup vehicle. Top notch Service Department and excellent mechanics (did note that the service bays are keep immaculate and uncluttered, as sure sign of professionals at work) More
