Dishonest, non communicative meaning I had to call them regarding my vehicle. Christy the service department manager provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced all year. Specifically, she is a poor listener, frequently cut me off as I tried to describe an issue, her tone is customer service I’ve experienced all year. It took quite a bit of restraint on my part not to stoop to her level of communication. We purchased a brand new vehicle that cost close to 100k from Robert Brogden and we were very disappointed to have our first service experience be such a negative one. When you are selling vehicles in the luxury arena, the service needs to match. On a positive note, Aurora was excellent. She was kind and cordial…and I could tell she wanted us to have a positive experience. More
