Rob Scamdin The fact that I have had any sort of affiliation with this business has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased my very first car, a black 2014 Nissan Altima, from them last year and the affiliation with this business has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased my very first car, a black 2014 Nissan Altima, from them last year and the sales experience was great, but then when it came time to service the vehicle, the true colors of the dealership had been revealed. Since owning the car, the dealership has been my sole servicing provider for the maintenance of my vehicle, and for the times it has been inspected, the maintenance team has provided assurance that the vehicle was in good condition; however, after a warning light came on, I tried to contact them for assistance but one of their associates referred me to their sister location (University Mitsubishi) since they do not "work" on any cars even though have have changed brakes and performed other work on the vehicle. I brought the vehicle into this secondary dealership regarding this situation. The service provider inspected the vehicle, identified 2 issues with the vehicle, and provided a pricing quote of $2,368.12. I was outraged to hear that such a problem came about so suddenly, but understood that the car is old and needed some parts replaced. After purchasing some parts to speed up the repair process, I made an effort to contact both Dodge and Mitsubishi to have the car repaired but was pushed to the side claiming they were busy, and I do not agree in supporting a business that is not willing to help their clients in need; therefore, I went to the Nissan dealer to have the car fixed. Nissan diagnosed the vehicle and found 10+ issues with the vehicle and provided an estimate of $7,227.27., but couldn't believe that so much was wrong with the vehicle, so I took it to another reputable mechanic that have also inspected the car and found issues similar to what Nissan discovered and provided a quote of $7,512.83 (more than triple than what Mitsubishi said). Discovering this infuriating information, I made contact with one of the service supervisors at Dodge explaining the situation and trying to reach a reasonable compromise. The supervisor was not very helpful in it that he denied the vehicle ever being fully inspected and that all of those issues could have occurred within a year. After witnessing all of this, I had to write this review and share my story. I am sure that in the past, this was a competent dealership or people that have purchased the endorsed brands from this dealer have a lot of positive feedback to share; however, it was an absolute nightmare ever investing in this dealership. The customer service is abysmal and the service providers are uncaring in their efforts to assist their clients. Even as far as the management (in both dealers), do not show care or concern regarding escalated situations. Overall, what I am telling you, the reader, the following: DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! As a first time car buyer and business owner, I have never been so disgusted with the conduct this dealership has displayed. I would be afraid to purchase anything that is Dodge/Ram (and even Mitsubishi) just as a result of this traumatizing experience. And if the dealer is reading this, then you organization needs to shape up. This behavior can only take you so far before it starts affecting your business model. Even if you skimmed, scrolled all the way to the bottom, or even won't remember anything about this review, at least remember this home-made slogan "When you hear Lambdin, think Scamdin." More
The people of the service department were great. My only complaint is that you should explain to people that their 'appointment times' are not for them but are to judge how many workers to bring in My only complaint is that you should explain to people that their 'appointment times' are not for them but are to judge how many workers to bring in on the weekends. I reserved a 9am 'appointment' but had to wait 2 hours before car was brought in. It should be explained better so people can plan accordingly. More
This place not only wrecked my car during a repair. They also kept my car for nearly 7 months without being able to fix it. Then defrauded me out of my vehicle by telling me it was gonna be sold at auction after being told they have no timeline on fixing it and this was after hundreds of attempts to get information from them Artie and Frank both stopped taking my calls and answers. After 6+ months of not having a car I reluctantly sold it believing it was going to sold at auction. Not a week went by when I saw my car was for sell at the dealership. When I called it was already sold. That’s is fraud that’s not right. Don’t take your vehicle to this place. They do not mind lying to you and making you suffer months to gain a profit. It’s disgusting. More

I will make every possible effort to minimize interaction with this establishment. No service available with this establishment. No service available More
The true measure of any establishment is how problems are handled when it arises. Never have I experienced such poor level of service from a dealership of the 6 new vehicles we purchased in the past 5 years. handled when it arises. Never have I experienced such poor level of service from a dealership of the 6 new vehicles we purchased in the past 5 years. Selling vehicles and unable to provide adequate service does not promote customer confidence especially for small businesses. Complete disconnect from management down. Purchased 2020 Ram 1500 from this dealership and included their platinum maintenance package. Vehicle will not start. Long hold times and call disconnects. Earliest scheduling is 5 weeks out from time of call. No service after vehicle purchase. No accountability, no responsibility, no support for the vehicle they're selling. Only interested and very responsive with sales inquiries but completely blank when it comes to service. Bottom of the barrel type of experience where once is too many. More
Avoid this dealer at all cost. I needed to come here due to the fact that they have the only “water leak guy” in the area. I needed to come in 3 times to get all my work done. One I needed to come here due to the fact that they have the only “water leak guy” in the area. I needed to come in 3 times to get all my work done. One of those times was to repair damaged caused by their tech when they did the work on the first time I visited. The service “advisor” only advised me when I would call first, and then would take between 4 to 32 hours to return messages. Mind you this was even after giving me her personal cellphone number. It took a month to get parts in, I think, because I never got a call regarding their arrival. If I had not called who knows how long it would have taken to hear from them. I will say they talk a good game but do not live up to promises and deflect any responsibility to the customer for their lack of attention. For example, my second appointment was for 7am, I got an automated text at 5pm that the tech was just looking at my car and about to begin the work. At 5:11pm I got another text, this time from the advisor that my car wouldn’t be done that day and they needed to keep it overnight, if that was ok and that it would be handled first thing in the morning. I responded that I needed the truck by 9am as I had another appointment I got no response until the next day at 8:15 saying that she was waiting for a technician to come in and that it may not be possible to have my vehicle ready. I remind you, this was a problem caused by the tech in the first place and basically amounted to them needing to readjust the door that was catching due to a repair they had done. I showed up at 9, not ready, and was told that the technician had just arrived. 9! I seriously need that tech’s schedule. Finally by 10:05am the tech was able to loosen the door and align it properly. As I said, if you have nothing but time, they may work out for you but if you have any type of timeframe look elsewhere.
