Went back to University Dodge spoke with the Service Manager, Engine Oil Filter had been replaced and I was still getting the P06DE check engine on. Went back to University Dodge spoke with the Service Manager, who intern assigned his best man on the job. Set me up with a loner and found the problem and it is now fixed. More
The “Express Service” sign should be taken off the building. An oil change and software update took 4+ hours. The service advisor did not keep me updated and was nowhere to be found. I had to seek out building. An oil change and software update took 4+ hours. The service advisor did not keep me updated and was nowhere to be found. I had to seek out a manager for answers. The he amenities here are poor with almost no indoor seating. More

If I could give a Lower grade I would. I paid $2000 and the very same day my car ran hot. Returned that day and for more than a week your techs were supposed to be working on my car. Again I paid $2000 and the very same day my car ran hot. Returned that day and for more than a week your techs were supposed to be working on my car. Again my car was not fixed. Your dealership took nearly 3 months to say that I needed a new engine that your associate quoted for over $17,000. Very disappointing to have my car serviced at your location. More
If i could put a negative star for the rating I would. We took my husbands truck here on Dec 1, 2023 for a warranty repair of a leaking gasket which was originally done Jan 6, 2022. Was told directly that We took my husbands truck here on Dec 1, 2023 for a warranty repair of a leaking gasket which was originally done Jan 6, 2022. Was told directly that if I called the shop I would not get an answer to call Andrew directly. He gave me his cell phone number. After not being able to reach him I drove to Dodge. I spoke with Artie he looked into the issue with the truck. He gave me his cell phone number and told me he was brought over to dodge to fix the issues with the service dept. The only way I was able to reach anyone at Dodge was to reach out to Artie and he would have to tell Andrew to call me. Was told on Monday Dec 4 they were waiting on a lift to free up and that the truck should be looked at before Wednesday. If that’s the case why was I told to bring the truck in Friday Dec 1. To sit there 5 days with nothing being done. Finally received a call from Andrew Dec 6 he wanted approval for a repair for $4156.89. I asked for an estimate / breakdown for my repair. I asked multiple times to have it emailed to me. Never received after waiting for over an hour. Had to drive to Dodge for the 2nd time just to get some answers. Andrew stated they were not able to print the breakdown of the estimate that the printer was broken. I was finally sent a link that expired before I even opened it . I finally received one but didn’t breakdown much information even stated at the bottom “no issues were found.” Finally told the water pump needed to be changed. I approved that work. After more texts trying to get answers with no responses had to drive down there yet again. This is 3 times and this is customer service? Artie assured me that they were getting the water pump orderded. Tuesday Dec 19. ( after almost 3 weeks) of my truck being there I text Andrew again with no response had to get ahold of Artie to have him tell Andrew to call me. He finally text me and stated he dropped the water pump off to the tech and the tech should be starting on it later that day or early the next morning. Friday Dec 22 went to pick up my truck paid $1150.60. Drove down the street truck started overheating. It went to 246 degrees. I drove it back to Dodge the truck did not even go there in the first place for overheating. So now my truck has been there for 3 weeks now back in the shop. Artie got me a rental cause of all the trouble and now yet another issue I never had before. Now I am being told it’s the radiator and thermostat. Why was this not checked in the first place, when they said it was the water pump. This is all xxx backwards. I went on Dec 29 and spoke with Artie, and Andrew. He was going to speak to the mechanic to figure out what problem now and why things were not checked out properly in the first place . It’s sad and very pathetic that I have to reach out multiple times a day just to find out what is going on with my truck or I have to drive down there. What kind of customer service is that. I was also told by Mike the parts and service director that all my parts that were removed from my truck would be put in the bed of the truck. That never happened. Finally Jan 4 after over 1 month of not having my truck I went to pick it up. Only to be treated like crap when I came in to pay my now $2680.15 bill. In total i paid $3830.85. My truck is still overheating after almost $4000.00. My head gasket is blown now, I have to find another shop to repair what they screwed up. I wonder how many other people they have screwed over. I had the worst customer service experience here. I have never worked so hard to have my truck fixed. I should have been able to drop it off without feeling like I have been totally ripped off. I do not trust anyone here and would never bring my truck back here even drive in the parking lot. More
I would like to tell you about my experience with this dealer. If I could give them -100000000 I would, unfortunately Google does not allow it. I left my Ram 3500 here, which is an expensive car and the e dealer. If I could give them -100000000 I would, unfortunately Google does not allow it. I left my Ram 3500 here, which is an expensive car and the experience was worse than terrible. The truck had a leak and a sensor went bad on 30k miles. I scheduled an appointment, brought the car in, was told that I would be contacted soon. 1 week passed by, decided to call them, called them directly to the dealership, could not get a hold of our service adviser, called him directly 10 times, no response, left messages, voice mail, let the voice mail to the manager, was trying my best to contact anyone and had no luck. On the second week finally got a hold of my adviser, was told that my sensor was bad, I asked what about my seal that was leaking from the transmission, he did not know about it. He said nothing was leaking and I saw the leak myself, so I told them to check again. Couple of days past, same thing, can't talk to anyone. Week passed was able to contact him again, he said nothing was leaking, and the tech said nothing is leaking, so I sent my driver to come to the dealer and show it where It was. My driver comes in, shows them the leak, they say: "Right, here is the leak, we were looking in the engine bay", I asked them how could the see it in the engine bay when the leak was under the car. Basically they never lifted the truck and they were always talking about the sensor, I could care less about. 3 weeks go buy, same store, can't talk to anyone. Requested to talk to Manger, to shift Manger to ceo of that dealership. I was told them changed the managers and trying to do their best. Finally when I was already angry and had enough, department manager Mike called me. He gave me his name, so I do not know if it's true. He said they are working on the truck and he gives me a call as soon as it's ready. So no one called, no more updates. When they found leak, they told me they are looking for the parts, it would be ready on Friday. I said okay. On Friday they told me that they need more parts. That continued on the 4th week. I am not going to go into the same story, again, no one called me, gave updates or anything else. Long story short, they damaged my truck, damaged my new truck's bumper. Again, it's a 80k truck. They damaged the seals on the transmission with the screw diver, damaged my bumper, leak became worse. I sent my driver to pick up the truck, they said I would loose my warranty if I pick it up, when I said it doesn't work that way, they released the truck but said I need to bring it back to get fixed. I brought to other dealer, and they said they damaged the seals, never changed them, but they said they did, the part was not in FL at least for 2 months, the one they said they changed. Damaged the transmission seal sitting with screw driver. So make story short, 5 weeks truck is sitting there, no answers, no responses, nothing. When I sent my driver to pick up the truck, I asked him to go to the dealership Manger, their head, he said he can't talk and would call me back as soon as he finish with the customer. Never called me. So what we have is that they damaged the truck, damaged the transmission seals, were lying for 4 weeks about the status of the truck and parts. Forgot what was broken. Could not find the leak. It is the most unprofessional dealership with the uneducated personal, that lies all the time. No common sense, luck of professionals, damaging stuff. It's insane. I have never met dealers like that. I am so happy I took it to another dealer to get fixed. Otherwise they would just kill my engine I am sure. The head of the company is the most unprofessional being, he needs to leave his seat and go somewhere else if he can't talk to customers at all. The complaint was filed with the HQ with all the details. FMCSA would be also informed about this dealer practices as well as related FL government departments. That's crazy how bad the dealer can be, never seen More
Very fustrated with the service received. My husbands car, a Dodge SRT Hellcat-which only has approx 30k miles , in prestine condition, garage kept-was dropped off for service as a result of My husbands car, a Dodge SRT Hellcat-which only has approx 30k miles , in prestine condition, garage kept-was dropped off for service as a result of some errors that were firing on August 3rd . Today-August 23 the car is finally ready with a small price tag of-$4900 out of pocket. If that wasnt enough- we arrive home after 20 days of with the same error firing again!! Mind you-for 20 days I have had to ask help of my neighbors to take our kids to school and have my employer give lenancy so that I can work from home due to us being down to one car. If that was not bad enough-no one is answering the phone! We have called twice our rep which we received voicemail. Called back ask to speak to another manager and surprise-voicemail again. Finally received a “text” response asking us to bring our car back AGAIN to diagnose the problem So extremley disappointed. More
