The “Express Service” sign should be taken off the building. An oil change and software update took 4+ hours. The service advisor did not keep me updated and was nowhere to be found. I had to seek out More

Leonidas5382@gmail.com When did businesses stop caring? Where did we lose sight that the key of running a successful business should begin and end with the importance of providing excellent customer service and showing your loyal customers that you value their business? That you are committed in helping. If there is someone with authority that still shares those values and can execute- please help us I am urging you to please step in and help deliver. We just want to move on! To recap: 8/3 -2019 Dodge Hellcat dropped for service for check engine light. Garage kept, immpeccable condition with only 31,029 miles. 8/23 -Dealer advised car had been repaired and was ready for pickup, $4900 out of pocket cost. From 8/3-8/23 No loaner was offered-wife was without car for 20 days impacting her work , impacting her ability to drop off our child at school etc. 8/23 same day-we move forward to sell. Made offer on NEW vehicle non refundable . 8/23 SAME day -check engine fires AGAIN. We Contact dealer- who ask us to bring vehicle again the next day 8/24 car gets dropped off again at Dealer per their request. When we arrive-We are informed that the mechanic who worked on our vehicle is attending a convention and will not return until monday. Apparently only mechanic that can work our car . This time the dealer provided a loaner but only after we left the dealership and after my first post here. We advised dealer that we had a non refundable deposit on a new vehicle and the importance of timely completion. 8/30 -dealer advised a new part would be needed-cost initally slated for another $4000 ish out of pocket- we settled at $2000. ETA of new part now 9/13. Reminded dealee again about our non refundable deposit on new vehicle. 9/8 -dealer advised part arrived and will be worked on 9/9. 9/12- dealer advised vehicle would be done by end of week. Reminding dealer again about our non refundable deposit. 9/18-dealer advised we need another pump ETA of pump to be received would be 9/19 (please note the first pump we replaced took 20 days this secons pump one day?) 9/20-dealer advised pump recvd. Car to begin being worked on 9/20 evening. 9/22- still no car or updates. Please note-we , the customers, have been calling for updates periodically versus the dealer being proactive with their communication which I would expect considering our vehicle has been in their shop going on 2 months on October 3.We even made a few attempts to reach a manager for help only to receive voicemails with no return calls. We have shared throughout this journey on several occassions the urgency of getting our vehicle repaired. We are out thousands of dollars between the snowball repairs, the non refundable deposit on a new vehicle we will lose due to their delays, the two car payments we have made for a vehicle that is not in our possession, not to mention the equity we are losing weekly on the sale of our vehicle. Now I ask - If tables were reversed is this really how you would want to be treated as a customer?. I have two business days left counting today 9/22 to obtain my successfully repaired vehicle so that we can sell and still close before we lose the deposit on the new vehicle.
