Ray Lugo is a sleaseball. We were talking with him to purchase a truck and the whole time he just strung us along because there was another buyer and he couldn't be honest abo We were talking with him to purchase a truck and the whole time he just strung us along because there was another buyer and he couldn't be honest about it. He wrote up a buyers order and said he would email it the same day but we never got it. We called the next day and he finally emailed it. We would ask questions about the deal and he would take 2+ hours to respond and was in a hurry to get off the phone. Then he gave us some xx that he was waiting on a quote for a shipping price. The next day he called to say it had sold. He should have just been honest from the beginning instead of stringing us along. Do not ever do business at this dealership and avoid Ray at all costs.
