I brought my truck in on 1/29/24 explained that Adapter Engine Oil Filter had been replaced and I was still getting the P06DE check engine on. The “Express Service” sign should be taken off the building. An oil change and software update took 4+ hours. The service advisor did not keep me updated and was nowhere to be found. If I could give a Lower grade I would. I paid $2000 and the very same day my car ran hot. Returned that day and for more than a week your techs were supposed to be working on my car. Again I paid $2000 and the very same day my car ran hot. Returned that day and for more than a week your techs were supposed to be working on my car. Again my car was not fixed. Your dealership took nearly 3 months to say that I needed a new engine that your associate quoted for over $17,000. Very disappointing to have my car serviced at your location. More

I went to purchase a 2023 Ram 3500, they quoted me for $65,000 out of the door. I offered $64,000 sales person Alvin told me they can do $65,000 out of the door. Next day I called and told them I’ll do $6 $65,000 out of the door. I offered $64,000 sales person Alvin told me they can do $65,000 out of the door. Next day I called and told them I’ll do $65,000 and now they’re telling me sorry $66,240. This is a very bad faith of doing business. Beware of what price you guys agree and make sure that what writing on the contract you’re signing. Don’t waste your time to go see a vehicle, even you agree on a price they change always! More
