Horrible experience same night i purchase the vechile I go home and realize the radio isn’t working. I called the salesman who sold me the car and he stated I had to go get it fixed on my own because they go home and realize the radio isn’t working. I called the salesman who sold me the car and he stated I had to go get it fixed on my own because they didn’t have someone who fixes radio and that I should be happy I got a good deal on the car. The car came with a custom system that I didn’t put in apparently the previous owner did and because of that reason I had to fix myself, although it was a pre-certified car which they also said passed the 150 point inspection (lies). That same night I opted into a platinum package for warranty which covers wear and tear, tires etc. a few days later I noticed the front right tire had a slash and can at any moment pop, I took it in to service because again I bought the platinum package, only to be told that the tires the car had on weren’t covered by the warranty, again because it was a custom tire the previous owner had put in. So In a nutshell I bought a car from a certified dealer, a pre certified vechile and yet nothing is covered because of the previous owners action and although the dealer sold it to me. So now I had to go get the radio fixed and pay 500 dollars out of my own money and also pay out of my own wallet for a new tires. I put 10k down on this car but I guess I have to do what they salesman said in his text to me and that was to be greatful I got a good deal although I paid 40k for this car, you would think at min the radio works, then I pay 800 for a warranty package coke to find out I can’t use. I wouldn’t recommend dealer to anyone nore the salesman. More

I wrote a review about my personal experience with this dealership, only to be Greeted with a mouth full from my salesman about my personal experience with my car buying. Only called for a registration th dealership, only to be Greeted with a mouth full from my salesman about my personal experience with my car buying. Only called for a registration that I didn't received when I transferred my tag to my new vehicle. 0% transparency. All I called for was my registration information. I was then transferred to finance that still haven't called back or resolved the issue. Now their people in the dealership more worried about a freaking review than a real matter!
