Bought a used Durango over two weeks ago. At the point of delivery, I noted some items missing. When I asked for the issue to be rectified, I was ignored and ghosted. It’s been over two weeks and no one has reached out to me. I also have not received any purchase paperwork or warranty information etc. I will likely not purchase from this dealer again.
