The worst place to ever take your vehicle. In December, I got my brake service done by them then the brake lights came on. I called and left numerous messages about the issue that I am having In December, I got my brake service done by them then the brake lights came on. I called and left numerous messages about the issue that I am having with the vehicle. No one from their staff called me. Today as of 4/6/23 finally decided to come and for my vehicle to get service; the time I pulled in was 7:15a no one came to my car and asked me if I needed assistance; it's now 7:25. The service person who pulled up the vehicle didn't realize I was in the car and he asked me if I help. I said no one came and asked me anything. He asked me to go inside, and someone would help me once I got in. The first thing I asked for was a manager. I said I needed to speak to a manager because I called and left numerous messages about my brake lights coming on my vehicle after you guys flushed the brake line, and now I'm having other issues, and no one returns my calls. Edwin, decided to step to the plate and try to defuse the situation by having someone pull the vehicle in and look at it quickly. Ten mins later, he was trying to explain the situation to me about my brake pad running low. I said sir, that won't cause the brake fluid to drain out. His reply was ma'am, and I don't need your attitude when trying to help you. At this point, I walked away and asked for a different manager. I will no longer speak to someone who thinks I have an attitude with the messed up job they did on my vehicle. To think I was going to let them flush my transmission line for me. This place has xxxx-poor service. It was 7:41 a.m., and they parked my vehicle, never to bring out another manager. It's now 8:03. No one ever returned until 8:04 a.m. A lovely gentleman by the name of Frank approached me and said ma'am, are you being helped I said I need a manager he said he was one of the managers, and I said I need the manager who's over this whole department; his reply to me was if I do that they will still be the one to handle the situation I explain to him what accord by Mr. Edwin. He asked me if I had the receipt for when I bought the brake fluid. I thought I had but didn't, so he's looking up the services I received from them. This young gentleman is saving his service department right now. Thanks, Frank Perez finally time 8:35 a.m. More
