I visited Roadshow BMW looking for a used convertible. Carl Smith worked with me. After test driving a MINI and a BMW 128i, I decided to purchase the 128i. I was unsure whether I really liked the color Carl Smith worked with me. After test driving a MINI and a BMW 128i, I decided to purchase the 128i. I was unsure whether I really liked the color or not. Carl let me know when the dealership received other convertibles to see if they met my needs. In the end, I purchased the one I test drove. I came in to fill out the paperwork. They suggested I run some errands, and in less than 2 hours the car was ready to go. I did not know how to work all the controls on the car and they have all been very helpful with showing me how to operate the car's features. I have been very impressed with how nice they have been even though the car I purchased was one of the least expensive on the lot. This our second experience with Roadshow. Both times have been with used cars and we have been pleased. More

Stan found the car we ended up buying, a trade in just days before that he new was on the lot...somewhere :) Randy and Mike were afraid they didn't have anything comparable to what we were looking for, an days before that he new was on the lot...somewhere :) Randy and Mike were afraid they didn't have anything comparable to what we were looking for, and Stan came pulling the silver 535i around. Though dirty, as it had not been through CPO yet, he felt like this was the car, and it was! We were trading in a black 528i, and wanted something a bit different, so Stan went to work! You could not ask for a more pleasant experience throughout the dealership, including the finance department! It is our 2nd BMW from this dealership, and both times we came away astounded with the friendliness, knowledge of cars, willingness to do what it took, and overall just the best experience in purchasing a car!
