Poor follow up I purchased a new Chevy Equinox from Tom Clark. I am accustomed to the dealer doing a follow up phone call, usually 2-3 weeks after purchase to be ce I purchased a new Chevy Equinox from Tom Clark. I am accustomed to the dealer doing a follow up phone call, usually 2-3 weeks after purchase to be certain the vehicle was performing properly. I never received any follow up call from Tom Clark. Also, the ON STAR system never worked from day one. I called Tom Clark service 3 times trying to get an early morning appointment for repair, but they never had time and never set up an appointment. And FORGET about vehicle orientation! They have a teenager who attempts to explain the radio to you, but when you ask him detailed questions about the vehicle his knowledge and personality falls flat! Tom Clark is there to make a sale only, but NOT to satisfy the customer!! I will buy my next vehicle at another location. More

Spent over 24 hours waiting I took my 2009 Impala in to service for "Service Airbag" light that came on intermittently. Was told that repair would take about 2 hours because Tom Clark had to get the part from another dealer. After waiting 5 hours, I was told that the part still wasn't in. I left the dealership, went home and called the Service Mgr. -Dave Keteles. Was told that they would contact me the next day. After callingGM customer service, still no response from Tom Clark. I will now go toanother dealer to have my problem fixed. I have purched about 12 cars from Tom Clark Chevy over the past 30 years. I guess this is how my loyalty has been rewarded. More

They are the masters of the "bait and switch." They don't tell you up front what their policies are until after you have committed to a financial obligation. I presented an oil change coupon to them good for a free oil change, they accepted the coupon, and proceeded to do the oil change. They never told me before-hand that the coupon had expired and that it would not be accepted. After the work was done, they charged me for the oil change. I was not expecting the charge, and asked them if they could hold the check that I presented to them. They did not hold the check. The are a poorly run organization. More
My husband and I went to this dealership to look at a used car that we saw on the internet. The employees that we met were all very friendly. They made our car buying experience quick and painless. We love our new car and plan to deal with Tom Clark Chevrolet in the future! More
I went to tom clark becaus my co-worker said she got a good deal there, well that was the biggest mistake i have ever made. When i asked for the sales person she had they were unavailable so i was ad good deal there, well that was the biggest mistake i have ever made. When i asked for the sales person she had they were unavailable so i was advised to see Bill Cummings "the Diesel" so his business card says. He was very rude and obnoxious the whole time. He Made promises he and the dealer never intended to keep. My car got scratched on the lot he said we will get that taken care of, so i assumed the body shop would fix it "wrong" he got a bottle of touch up paint and filled in the scratches like it was nothing. I was promised floor mats and when i picked my car up they were the cheap junk kind from the dollar store. The manager was not helpful at all it was a total awful experience. The only reason i purchased the vehicle in the end was because the price was very fair. Looking back i would have rather paid more money and received good service the been treated the way i was. Tom clark could not give me a car for free if they wanted too. Me an my family will never return to this dealer for anything ever. More
