Took 4. 5 hours for 1 hour service. Bill wasn't adjusted and was higher than estimated. Blame was tossed around. Very bad first impression of service depart 5 hours for 1 hour service. My experience today was great. I arrived early for my appointment was taken in quite promptly. My warranty covered service was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The visit to this dealership was absolutely amazing. From when I arrived until I left I felt like I was appreciated. Even though my vehicle was not a Subaru the staff took great care of my concerns and From when I arrived until I left I felt like I was appreciated.
