The reason we have rated this car dealer great is because we were well attended by the sales men Silverio Cortes and Jose Preciado. I overall rate this the best dealer, since my family and I been in the GM market we have not received the big IMPULSE from any dealership(larry h., jerry seiner, guspaulos kengarff,) they gave us that made I been in the GM market we have not received the big IMPULSE from any dealership(larry h., jerry seiner, guspaulos kengarff,) they gave us that made us feel special and also that our business really means and matters to them. All of this is created by the face of the dealer that would be the sales person my sales person in both of my purchases there was Silverio Cortez, he was the one that gave to me the label of the dealer ship and rate Mary as well (who will grow grey hair for you to get a good interest rate) If I were to buy a third car or if any one would as for a recommendation to buy I would definitly call Silverio or Mary and at the dealership they would be at, thats where I would send them or go too. They were very helpful in getting the car I was looking for. They took the time to give me options and talk to me about a reasonable price that was acceptable. The service center is double the price of any other shop. I took my trailblazer in for a water pump and was quoted over $900 I called around and everyone else was $350 or less. So when I didn't have it done I took my trailblazer in for a water pump and was quoted over $900 I called around and everyone else was $350 or less. So when I didn't have it done there they charged me $200. Then took it in again and the front differential went out they said it would be $3400 for a used one. I took it out of the shop unfixed and was charged $550. I then got it fixed at different shop for $1450. More
This dealership is a joke! I pulled up and walked into Riverton Chevy and immediately was approached by Allen Sauer. This dude was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I drove over 300 miles to purc Riverton Chevy and immediately was approached by Allen Sauer. This dude was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I drove over 300 miles to purchase a vehicle with no success. Kate Moskios assured me I would be approved. I then asked for a new salesman and got Phil Panas. Not much better than Allen. The only person who was decent and tried to help me as best as she could was Mary Woodward, the business manager. Overall, Riverton Chevy was disorganized and not very friendly or helpful. I would not recommend anyone to deal with Riverton Chevy. More

I would encourage people to STAY AWAY from this dealership. We bought a brand new camaro from Riverton in 2010. Well, we thought we bought a brand new car. It was brand used. It had 12 miles. Who w dealership. We bought a brand new camaro from Riverton in 2010. Well, we thought we bought a brand new car. It was brand used. It had 12 miles. Who would think to check Car Fax on a brand new car with 12 miles on it? Well, skipping ahead to a little over a week ago. My husband wanted to see what he could get for our car at Car Max. He took it in and the woman said this car has been in a collision. Hy husband said no it wasn't. I have not been in an accident. She said right here. My husband looked and said no, its impossible. She gave him the date. He said that was 4 days before I bought it. So I called Riverton and asked to speak to a manager. The guy on the phone said I am the manager. His name was Logan. I said the car that was sold to us had been in a collision and it was never disclosed to us. I said what did you want to do about this. Logan said oh, just bring it in and I'll buy it back. I said we need as close as possible to the pay off which is under Bluebook value. He said just bring it in. So the next day we brought it in and he told us the best he could do is 25,000 which is auction price. We asked if he could come up to 27,000. He said no. Car Max's price is right. That is what they offered us with it being in a collision. So we asked 26,500. We would pay $1,500. That is all the money we had. He said no. I will do $25,500. My husband said this is unethical. Logan sat there with a smile on his face. We said it was in a collision. Logan said it was probably bumped in the parking lot or vandalism. It was nothing. My husband said 4 or 5 times. This is unethical. You had other cars on the lot. I would of bought a different one if I had known. If it had a scratch my husband would not of bought it. You should of sold this car as a demo or at least told the customers and let them decide. I said If you can't try to come in the middle then I will have to go to Yelp. Just found out about them this year. I said I think people need to know. Just do the right thing and its over. I will forget about it. So I went over to the receptionist and said I need the name and number of the owner please. I can see I am not getting anywhere with him. She said thats the owners son. I said never mind then. So we went home and I called Car Max and asked what kind of collision the car was in. They said all it states is that it was in a collision and an officer was called because there was a case #. They were so nice to me. And he said I can send this to your e-mail address . He said if you don't receive it call me back. I am sending it now. I told him Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. The next day my husband stopped into Highway Patrol. They said I can't give you who was in the accident but it was rear ended coming off the ramp from 1-15 and 106th. We talked to a consumer protection investigator and he said find out if they put a whole new OEM rear cap on or if they repaired it. My husband called Logan and said it was an accident coming off I-15 and it was rear ended. Logan said, you did your homework didn't you? Logan told my husband he had the repair bill. My husband went in and Logan gave it to him with a Car fax report. Logan said this cost money but I'll give it to you. My husband said you already know we got one from Car Max. My husband thanked Logan then went over to where it was repaired. They told my husband that it was repaired and they did not put on a whole new OEM rear cap. If they put the OEM it is a new car. If it is repaired it is a used car. So we waited for Logan to call. I had called the dealership and I said I need the owners number. He needs to know what is going on. The guy on the phone said Logan is the President. I said he is the vice president. The guy said he is the sole owner. I said ok. I looked on the internet and found the owners name and looked at the BBB and Riverton is not a member. But nowhere on their did it have Logan's name as president or vice. So a couple nights ago I went to the Riverton Hyundai dealership and asked for the manager. I talked to Brody. I told him what happened and I asked for Chris Paige's number. He is the father of Logan and owner. Or give him my number. Brody said he does not have the owners number. I told him I managed before and I always had the owners number just in case. I said I don't think you are telling me the truth. He said, your calling me a liar? GET OUT! So I went over to Rverton Chevy and this nice young man said how can I help you. I was so mad. I was short with him. I said Get me the owner. We went in and I seen Logan and he seen me. Then this older man come running over and said how can I help you. Emphasizing I. I said what is your name. He said Scott. I said You can get me the owner now. Scott moved really close to me and said walk out that door right now before I kick your a**. And he said kick your a** real slowly and low. I looked around and said out loud. If you touch me I would LOVE to sue this place. I told him to back up. He went over behind the glass area and yelled out, I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU! You think your bad? I said come on. Now that is not a MAN. Threatening a grandmother of three. Then that nice young man walked by and I said I am sorry for taking this out on you. You were very nice to me. He smiled and walked away. Logan stood there and did not say a thing to Scott.. I said real loud LOGAN COME HERE. And he did. With his smily face all in tact. I said what is his name? Logan said Scott. I said last name. And he gave it to me. His name is Scott Dowela. You let your employee's threaten people. He said nothing. Just staring at me with a smile. I waved my hand in front of him and said HELLO, ARE YOU IN THERE? I said I need your dads number. Logan said I'm not giving you his personal number. I said then give him my number. He said call here. I said that is all I have been doing. He is never here. I was so mad I said, you didn't tell Daddy any of this did you? He looked away. I said you really didn't tell him. Logan said my dad leaves every decision up to me. I said tell Daddy to call me. Well that did it. He got so mad and said you want to know why I didn't want to work with your husband? Because your husband went to an independent dealer. I said what? He said he took the car to Car Max instead of here. He said I want you to get out now. I did. While I was pulling away I thought, the only reason is he got caught. We would of never known it was in a collision. I called the dealership and left three messages for Chris. I had to call back because the machine would cut off. Chris the owner never called back. No one ever apologized to us. All we want is for them to right a wrong. We wanted them to compromise with us. All they did was lie. I will tell you that Logan is a very good USED car salesman. And I mean literally. I couldn't believe how they behaved. especially inside the business. It is unbelievable. Anybody, go test Logan like I did. You will see. So we bought a used car at FULL STICKER PRICE. No discounts at all. Is, at the max, $3,000 more too much to ask when you were going to buy it for $25,000? More
