We were not harassed in regards to finding a vehicle. It took us a few weeks to determine what our needs were as we hadn't brought a vehicle since 2004. My wife and I went to Riverton Chevy to test drive and buy a Chevy Cruz. Scot was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like my trade in offer. Scot got the sales manager to talk with us and showed me some buy a Chevy Cruz. Scot was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like my trade in offer. Scot got the sales manager to talk with us and showed me some available trips to sweeten the deal, but after saying no, the manager went somewhere with my needing $500 lower to buy the car and to put it either on my trade or lower the car price. He never did come back with a yes or no, a little rude in my opinion. I left the dealership and emailed Scot that I would put $3000 down and finance $16000, if that wasn't going to work I wouldn't be back the next day. Scot called me saying he could do what I wanted. I signed the paperwork and Susie Buecher got me an interest rate from my bank .25% lower than I thought. Overall a very enjoyable experience I've never had before when buying a car. Scot Wilcox did everything I asked of him and was pleasant to deal with. If this dealer needed to pick one salesman to sell a car I hope it would be Scot. John Nooyen. More
