After test driving at least 10 small SUV's we stopped at VW, never expecting that we would enjoy (or fit in) a small VW. While Nick is young and new to the car selling game, he was as friendly and helpful as can be, the gentleman in financing was efficient and capable, even at 11:00 p.m. when we finally left the dealership, me driving my brand new white Tiguan, which I named Fern.( I name every car I've ever owned.) LOL! When I brought Fern in for the first monthly check up and installation of back up sensors, I was pleased to learn I would be provided a loaner car for the duration. Wow, did that make my life easier! Upon returning to pick up Fern I saw that all work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Riverside VW for making our car buying experience a lot less onerous than it usually is. More
