My son and I came down from Chattanooga to test drive a Subaru Outback that was advertised. We made an appointment with Courtney. She greeted us as soon as we arrived with her friendly smile. She went with us on our test drive and told us different features of the car. Once we decided that was the car that we wanted she helped us come to terms that we were happy with. This vehicle was for my son. When I need a vehicle I will go back to Shottenkirk Nissan for myself. Great staff all around. Drae Lloyd was also instrumental in coming to terms with us.
