Very disappointed with people in sales no one wearing a mask. There is a sign on ALL the doors saying mask. Numerous contacts between sales people and customers with masks. We bought a used car from heritage Nissan in Rome Georgia and found out it has been in a previous accident they wanted me to take a $5,000 loss on trading it in the very next day in less than 24 hours even b and found out it has been in a previous accident they wanted me to take a $5,000 loss on trading it in the very next day in less than 24 hours even before the paperwork has been sent to the bank. Shame on you ! But another dealer in town was willing to work with us and got us out of the car but we still lost over $2,000 on the trade. Heritage Nissan you say you want to make it right with me give me my $2,000 down payment back ! More

We are beginning the process to become foster parents so we wanted to trade my 2017 F150 for a 2019 Nissan Murano. The best deal brought me to the Rome GA Nissan. When they called me back about my inquirey I was quoted a price of 3,000 more than the posted price for the car. I told them that wasn’t the advertised price and even sent them a link to THEIR ad. The salesman insisted he had to discuss it with management and he would call me back. When he called back he said they would only honor that price if I financed through Nissan and not my bank AND if I also purchased aftermarket add ons like stain protection adding a few more thousand to the price. This dealership knowingly posts deceptively low prices just to get your attention and then makes it impossible for you to actually buy the car at that price. More

Take it or leave it. Went look at a new Nissan and the FIRST offer they presented was a decent price on the car but $2000 in dealer fees. Tried to negotiate with them and they wouldn't budge one dollar. Never had a salesman not negotiate a deal. Thankfully I walked and got a a dealer who wanted to make a sale and was willing to negotiate. Don't waste your time here, go to any of the surrounding dealers and you'll save money. More

Boy was I wrong. Eddie Dodd is the only good thing that Heritage has going for it. Bought a new 2015 Nissan Altima S special edition a few months back and decided we needed a little more ground clearance and room for the family, so I decided I would go trade up to a suv, little did I know the Altima I was sold a few months prior is now not worth half what I purchased it for. I have descent credit with 4% interest rate, and didn't roll over any negative equity into the car. Was told I got the car way below fair market value and even though I didn't pay any money down if I chose to come in and trade up I would have no problem doing so.....WRONG!!! First of all I was trying to buy a demo with 4800 some odd miles on it with a sticker price of 34k on it. I wasn't given any discount for it being a demo, showed the manager where they had priced the identical vehicle a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL for 29,900 on there website that was in fact new and not a demo, just to be told if he did drop the demo's price to the price of the new vehicle that he'd have to pay me less for my deal of an Altima they sold me six months ago. After all said and done I'd be paying 40k for a demo, not even a new rogue because of a great so called deal they made me on my 2015 Altima..... Needless to say if Heritage Nissan ever wants any business from me again, they better get a better team of management. Other than myself for getting such a sour deal in my Altima, I feel sorry for Eddie Dodd, who tried his best to keep a loyal customer happy to only have his wings clipped by management.. Thank you Heritage Nissan for sticking me with such a great deal. Like I've said I bought the last three vehicles I've owned from you only Because of one of your sales staff, I've sent numerous people to you that's bought cars as well. I won't be sending anymore friends or family there so they can get ripped a new one like I did. Have a Blessed day, hope your management is able to sleep at night!!!!! More

I am in my mid forties and have purchased 6 new vehicles in that span. I do my research on what I purchase as far as the features and price. I use Edmunds and other sites to do that research. All of the dealers I have dealt with try hard sell tactics to say, "What can I do to put you in that vehicle today". After dealing with a local dealer and getting absolutely no where, I asked for quotes from multiple dealers from the Nissan website. One of those dealers was Heritige Nissan. I have have never bought a new car and had such an enjoyable experience. The salesperson was prompt, courteous, understood my needs and worked deligently to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. All this was done without hard sell pressure tactics. An issue arose with the car upon delivery and what should have been a car buying nightmare, turned into the best car buying experience I have ever had. While the dealer worked to resolve the issue on the car, he provided a loaner that was even better than the car I purchased. The issue was from the manufacturer and not the dealership's. The dealership was 40 miles from my home, they kept my new car until they resolved the issue and made sure that I would have no future issues. All the while I was enjoying a great loaner that they had filled with gas. And as we all know gas is not cheap. In the end they delivered my new car to me when it was ready. Great price+great service= GREAT EXPERIENCE. More
