Our family was on our way to starting our vacation, 800 miles from home, when the transmission went on our vehicle. We opted to trade in the vehicle and leader a new one. Our paperwork was completed quickly, the vehicle was prepped and cleaned, and we were back on our way with a new vehicle in under 3 hours. Everyone seemed to understand our predicament and worked with us to make us happy with our choice. We traded in our Mountaineer and left with a new Explorer quickly. Earl and the Sales Manager, Tommy Alston, made us feel comfortable, answered many questions, went over several options, and helped us shop.
