Oil change took 4 hours. I arrived at the service center at 9:00 am. The service rep met me promptly and I told him I wanted and oil change and tire rotation. I asked how l I arrived at the service center at 9:00 am. The service rep met me promptly and I told him I wanted and oil change and tire rotation. I asked how long it would take and he said an hour and a half. He didn't say they only had two service techs on duty. I waited four hours to get the service, leaving at 1;00 pm. I was not told there would be a delay or that there was a problem. I could see my truck parked outside waiting to be serviced. Several others were experiencing the same problem. More
