my dad purchased a gently used trade SUV here with 47k miles and had to bring it back to the dealership twice because of several issues with alarm codes and a inoperable truck door, the code popped on the miles and had to bring it back to the dealership twice because of several issues with alarm codes and a inoperable truck door, the code popped on the the first day out of the dealership and when we took it back to be fixed it took over 2 weeks to repair. the shop their best to work on the issue but the customer was not even offered a loaner to get around in until 2 days before the car was done. my issue is that vehicle was turned around way to fast and sold to the next customer with a bit of issues and 2 open recalls. Kept asking for a loaner because no customer should have to wait weeks on a car to be repaired fresh off the lot and no one even bother to call to offer Mr. Sheffield some sort of solution to get around they handled my dad as if he ordered a cheap burger and they got it wrong. The customer service seriously lacks will not recommend Riverside Ford. More
