Made a 6:30 appointment to see a specific vehicle. Received a phone call and email confirming vehicle was available and my appointment. Told them on the call that I lived over an hour away and didn’t want to waste my time. Representative assured me that I would be well taken care of. Get to my appointment an hour early, and they just sold the vehicle a few hours before. I don’t expect them to hold cars, but if you know you have a customer coming in at specific time to look at a specific vehicle have the decency to call them to let them know. When I mentioned my frustration with it, they didn’t care and blamed it on their off site representative. I don’t care! You are the dealership, and you should know what appointments you have and have everything prepared for the customer. If something changes, let them know! Will never be back, and don’t waste your time. More
We were on vacation when my truck broke down. I had my truck towed in for diagnosis late Sunday night.
