I was told my engine was locked up by Mr. Bishop “M 2024 lorenturner2 Little to no knowledge mechanic knowledge. My car ran before leaving my home. I was told my engine was locked up by Mr. Bishop “Manager over Service”.My car went for recall repairs to just sit and was vandalized on the property and nothing was ever done. I have pictures before and after my car left. Also, have eye witness the day it went to Riverchase KIA. A police report had to be filed due to vandalism on the property. After being told by Mr.Bishop that it would need to be towed home.Got my car towed home…. It arrived tore to pieces inside and out.My husband said whys everything under the hood unhooked ? Why he tear out the fuse box in the car? My husband hooked everything together it started right up no problem no engine issue. I sent Mr. Bishop a video of the car starting at no surprise he didn’t reply. I had to file a complaint with customer service that had to send it up to KIA corporate for investigation. As well as sending in a formal complaint as directed by Misty at KIA customer service through a letter written to KIA America -PO Box 52410 Irvine, California 92619. This was a poor attempt to try to sell me another vehicle. After I kindly declined to trade in and purchase another vehicle. I was told that due to declining trading in or purchasing a vehicle. I was not allowed back on the property as of 10/2/24 per Michelle and management with KIA Customer Service Misty. I had ever been there 3 times my whole life. Never meeting this man nor had any conflict with him. 🤷🏻♀️ I did find it weird that when I made a post on Google after the post around 12 at 5:45 that evening. Mr. Bishop contact: 205-538-2104. He called and text me on his personal cellphone on 10/2/2024 requesting friendship and to take the post down. His words on the call I don’t even know you why would I say that….. Then asked to be my friend. As well as admitting to speaking with KIA Customer service after my decline and not allowing me on the property. We didn’t leave the call on a bad ending at all. I thought till on 10/08/2024. I received my car from the towing company completely vandalized. FYI: Same person that said they tried starting the car the engine was ceased. If you unhook the battery ,the bar on the engine all the fuses inside and out. I imagine it wouldn’t turn over.No , diagnostics were completed it takes 5 minutes for a diagnostic. Reply to calling you all. I have called left my contact information with the operator. I would not recommend this dealership! We bought a 2024 Telluride in January and went through a car wash in July and the trim on the back door càme off. We went to the service dept to get it repaired or fixed and they said it has to be ordered a car wash in July and the trim on the back door càme off. We went to the service dept to get it repaired or fixed and they said it has to be ordered and would call us when it came in. 4 weeks later no call or returned calls to fix the issue. They are completely avoiding contact at this point. This is so unprofessional I can't even believe they are still in business. I should have read the reviews on the service department at this dealership. I have never been so disgusted in my life with a purchase this big. A complete let down and a feeling of stupidity for buying into the Kia brand. This service department and it's manager need to be replaced before anyone else falls victim to this total incompetence. 2 recalls and the trim falling off in 6 months. Maybe other dealerships go over and beyond but certainly not this 1. Sales department is ok but service department is so bad I don't have the words unless it was "avoid at all cost" More
