Casey Bauer and the team at Rivard do everything they can to make the acquisition process as streamlined as possible. Whether leasing or buying they're literally worth driving across the state for. I wanted to make the acquisition process as streamlined as possible. Whether leasing or buying they're literally worth driving across the state for. I wanted a vehicle that isn't the easiest to come by so I placed the order through Rivard and had to wait. This process takes time, and I tend to be pretty impatient, but Casey and team made sure to reach out monthly and sometimes weekly to touch base with me to assure me that they hadn't forgotten about me. There is no "fine print" with these guys... and they are not well-like by the competition, which means they're doing something right. Thanks Casey, the truck is awesome. More
