Decent experience. Good price. Fortunately, vehicle mostly matching my specifications was on the lot ( I had already seen it online) as my sales person seem reluctant t Good price. Disappointed in timing and amount of time to buy. Husband had just had chemotherapy that morning; test drove the car to pick him up from treatment center. When we returned to dealership I made it clearly known that I need to get him home sooner than later and that I would return to purchase vehicle. I would also return with funds to purchase vehicle outright, no financing. We were asked to wait 10 more minutes multiple times. Ended up with a completed transaction nearly 2 hours later. There was no additional thank you trinkets or services offered, nor price reduction. No "discount" for cash purchase. When picking up car next day, was not shown any options, just put on phone call to activate On-Star services. My son showed me how to set driver's seat, pair phone, set-up navigation, etc. We did receive a box of 5 cookies over a week later...figure I paid nearly $12K per cookie for the privilege of throwing them away. For many of us, commercial cookies are not something we eat due to diet/health restrictions. I would have preferred choosing something from short list of trinkets, a mug, tote bag, inspirational key chain. More
