I had shopped around price wise on other vehicles and knew the Buick Enclave Leather Edition was what my wife wanted. Gave him a time when we could meet up. My wife drove the new car and within a short time we had a deal. Got more money for my trade than any other dealership was willing to offer. Best part of the transaction was that Ben told us it would take a short time for the paperwork and that we could leave and then come back. He sent me a nice text to let us know it was ready and the car was prepped. I enjoy business with Ben because there are no games. There have been times when looking at some of their vehicles where we weren't in agreement on the terms or the price and we have had to walk away from the deal. No pressure and no hard feelings either way, just simple business. More

He was not pushy and let us look around for a bit until we were ready. Since we knew what vehicle we were interested in prior to our visit it was a short period of browsing. We then moved into his office and began the "negotiation" progress. It was fairly stress free and it seemed as though the salesmen were empowered to make buying and selling decisions. This meant there weren't any awkward interactions with the sales manager. Jose was honest and upfront about everything, including the extended warranty, dealership information, car history, etc. It was great working with someone who cared about the customers needs and feelings. It truly showed when we began to talk while waiting for the paperwork to get printed and our discussions involved family, hobbies, and work. We will continue to frequent the dealership for future service and maintenance as a result. More
