First oil change I was a little late for my appointment. It took a lioober an hour from arrival to departure for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Dissatusied Customer, No follow through Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for regular service 3 times since then and all 3 times the service advisor said he would email the DM as of today 7 months later I am very dissatisfied with the service of Rivard and would not buy another vehicle from them nor would I never recommend them, there had never been any achknowledgement about this issue. I have never noticed this defect in any other GMC truck the either same running board or the same color More
