They didn’t have as much experience with the onboard computer and Navigation so they had Steven assist, who was very knowledgeable. Paperwork was ready for me and the buying process was smooth. One document didn’t get signed and David drove 46 miles round trip to me to have me sign it. Even if you pay slightly more here, it’s no pressure, customer first buying. Recommended. Only 4 star because I showed them vehicles that were cheaper and they didn’t try to sweeten pot at all. Not a problem, just 5 stars to me is a perfect experience. Something as simple as adding mud flaps after showing the price difference would have made it a 5 star experience. More

2017 GMC Sierra had issues with transmission hard shifts 1&2 up and 1&2 down shifts, had popping in front end while turning slow. The technician performed updates on had issues with transmission hard shifts 1&2 up and 1&2 down shifts, had popping in front end while turning slow. The technician performed updates on the transmission and retorqued bolts on front end, after test drive home the transmission shifted normal again and no popping in the front end. This week my husband brought my GMC Terrain in due to Air Con We have been Rivard customers for years and years and always recommend them to friends. This week my husband brought my GMC Terrain in due to Air Conditioning issues. I thought for sure, it would need Freon, or perhaps an entirely new A/C system.. Dan English called me in the afternoon to report that there was absolutely nothing wrong at all with my air conditioner. As it happened, I had inadvertently pushed a little button which turned only the fan on, and eliminated the A/C. altogether. How trustworthy is that???!!! All of the service people are exceptionally helpful and Troy Guidash know how to chose kind and knowledgeable, and qualified staff. More
