Too Busy I booked an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, arrived at 8:40 and sat in a waiting room until about 11am. This was for a new vehicle oil change, not I booked an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, arrived at 8:40 and sat in a waiting room until about 11am. This was for a new vehicle oil change, nothing complicated. When the waiting room got too packed and I became inpatient, I walked outside to see my truck sitting at the front of the line, a service office with a line to the door and me waiting to speak to someone. Before I could even get in the service center, a service personnel stopped me to ask if he could move my vehicle so others could leave..... I guess at some point, they completed my oil change and never came to tell me. I wasted a chunk of my Saturday because of their inability to schedule correctly or keep on top of the service level. More
