I did some preliminary research prior to going regarding the vehicle I was looking at buying, so when I went in I had an idea how much the vehicle I was looking at would cost and had an idea of what my trade in was worth and what I was expecting them to offer me for my trade in. I was incredibly impressed as Jeremy (our sales rep) got right to business for us. He delivered a price better than I was expecting for the new vehicle and really blew me away when he offered to the high end of what I felt my trade in was worth up front with no hassle. I don’t like a lot of hassle and appreciate when a company gives me their best offer or close to it up front. I gotta be honest they delivered a very fair deal up front and made it so I had very little negotiation I had to do. They exceeded in every area When comparing with what my pre visit expectation was based on past experiences at other dealerships. During the buying process he even made that easy, as I didn’t have to go in 2-3 different offices to see a variety of different people, I signed everything I needed right at his desk in about 15-20 min. Again just great experience and will definitely be coming back! More

Wait forever for a very simple service to be to be completed on your car 3.I don't know what your process is but your customer service reps are not able to provide customer service. Maybe because the works going on off site and they're expected to run back and forth. Just guessing More
