Excellent Service! I had my '15 Yukon XL Denali in for a routein oil change, tire balance and rotation. The previous time it was serviced by another dealership because I I had my '15 Yukon XL Denali in for a routein oil change, tire balance and rotation. The previous time it was serviced by another dealership because I thought it was more convenient. For 5k I rolled with a slight vibration at highway speeds causing me to to think something was wrong. Well there was something wrong. It turns out that the other dealership is horrible at balancing wheels. After service at Rivard, my vehicle rides like new. No vibrations what so ever even at higher than posted highwayspeeds. Long story short, no more cutting corners for me. It will only be services at Rivard from now on. More

Service The Service Department is exceptional and very friendly (compared with some we have been to). Nice to be recognized each time you walk in. Our car needed some repair (AC) and we had to take a rental. Beings we don't drive very much the man from service said he would deliver our car to us and pick up the rental. Frustrating and neglectful My car was dropped off for a leaking radiator/busted water pump; pump was replaced. My car arrived at the dealership with 75% oil life. After picking it up, on the drive home, my Check Engine Oil Soon indicator comes on; with 0% oil life left. In the notes section of my receipt it said i needed an oil change. Why wouldn’t a rep update me and let me know what happened instead of letting me leave their shop with no oil or bad oil?? It makes no sense. There was also oil stains everywhere in my car. The mechanic took no precaution in ensuring my car was left the way they received it!! I have permanent oil stains on the fabric behind my head. It was disgusting and disrespectful. This is my 3rd complaint with Buick and I have to take my car to a different dealership now. More
