Disappointing I was called to say parts were in for air bag recall. Scheduled early on the following Saturday morning. I asked at drop off for loaner car, the neat I was called to say parts were in for air bag recall. Scheduled early on the following Saturday morning. I asked at drop off for loaner car, the neat rude man said he would check to see if they had any. I asked again at signing for them to do the work. The same man said they don't loan cars on Saturdays. After they took the car back to service, they did nothing but said they needed to order another part. Dishonest about loaner and I have to return. More
