Transmission issues I walked in the service department and informed them of my issues with the vehicle. And left with the same issues while i waited 3 hours becuase the service advisors told me they didnt have any loaner vehicles but i seen 2 loaner vehicles parked infront of me while i waited and 3 returned within 15 mins of me arriving. Horrible customer service ever since i purchased the vehicle. I know now to take my money else where. More

Great car buying experience I normally fear the process of buying a new vehicle. The searching for just the right vehicle, then speaking with the sales person after you find what I normally fear the process of buying a new vehicle. Well my experience at GMC was none of that. Frank Hernandez was very knowledgeable and didn’t stop til he found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend my friends to share in the same experience I had. I will like to add... this is the first time I step away from purchasing Ford vehicles, I had a bad experience with a recall on my last car. I am glad I did. More
