Bought a new car I’m not totally thrilled with. It’s lacking in some modern features, I just assumed every new car had memory seats... No wireless charging pad either. We didn’t get to test drive the car as it was a floor model. It seems to shift weird, sluggish, like it doesn’t know which gear go into. There’s some issues with the carpet I need to have looked at. Our sales guy rushed through the warranty’s, when we asked pricing he said he’d get us a total... that never happened. Easiest car buying experience ever. Ronell was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Like the fact you only deal with one person the entire transaction, you're not shuffled between different people trying t salesman, not pushy at all. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't detailed very well but, I think that is due to the color and not being able to see little marks unless in the sun. Ronell said to bring it back and he'll have it taken care of which, I plan on doing soon. Overall great experience though, and a week later I received a box of cookies in the mail as a Thank You....nice touch! More
