Finally, one showed up at the lot and he immediately texted me. Best part of the experience we did all the dreadful paperwork over the phone and email, all I had to do is show up and drive away. Quick to take your money which makes the process not too bad but the car had water spots that they did not remove and black paint had swirl marks which I find weird since this is brand new car how do you ha bad but the car had water spots that they did not remove and black paint had swirl marks which I find weird since this is brand new car how do you have so many swirl marks? Sammy was an ok sales guy but he’s just trying to sell you a car, didn’t even bother to try to throw in rubber mats for the car which is usually a common thing I’m able to get when I purchase a vehicle. He told us about the GMC app and the points on the app would cover free mats. It did not cover the mats at all, we still needed to pay a difference. Typical dealer experience 1 good thing is that you don’t need to deal and sit down with the usually snarky sales managers at other dealers so I appreciate that. I can tell no one wanted the car because it was sitting on the lot for so long but I can see why because of the paint condition. The excuse I got “well it’s a black car so you know it is what it is, you’re going to have paint problems” … like I said it’s a new car. I shouldn’t see any of these problems with it being new. Thanks for the good price but I feel the price merited the issues with the paint More
