The sales price of my 24 GMC Sierra Denali truck was the reason I decided to make my purchase with Rivard Buick GMC from out of state. I initially made a query online after seeing their prices and to my sur reason I decided to make my purchase with Rivard Buick GMC from out of state. I initially made a query online after seeing their prices and to my surprise, they were true to their word on the advertised pricing. What followed changed my opinion and created some regret for not purchasing local at a higher price point. The sales experience was anything but pleasant with the main frustration coming from spotty communication and constant follow-ups to get responses or tasks completed. That included already having the truck picked out, no financial issues, agreeing to the stated price, and being ready to move quickly. I feel like I put more work into making the deal happen than the other way around. Additionally, the vehicle was not fully prepped upon my arrival after having coordinated well in advance. Be wary you may not get the customer service you would normally expect of a dealership. They may be focused solely on volume and not customer satisfaction, or after looking at other reviews maybe I was extremely unlucky with my salesman Earnest… More
