When we showed up at the dealership, we ask to look at a specific vehicle and Jimmy Sanchez walked us out to it and allowed us to simply take a look without any sales pressure whatsoever. We then took an amazing test drive and Jimmy willingly accompanied us, and answered all of our questions along the way. After we returned to the dealership, Jimmy worked the numbers and we talked through all of our options. Again, no sales pressure or judgement as we worked through the process. Once we made the decision to purchase, Jimmy went out of his way to come in on his day off to take care of us throughout the pickup process. He helped us get oriented with the vehicle and talked us through the other remaining steps. Finally, he handed us off to Erik to handle the paperwork.
