Amazing Experience from Start to Finish This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a vehcle. Kevin and Jimmy made the experience easy and really fun! My husband and I were on the fence between two different models of the Silverado. Kevin was extremly knowledgable in helping us understand the main differences. They actually let us take one home for the evening to see how our family liked it (which we did). We wanted a few different options and Kevin was able to get the exact truck that that we wanted within a day. There was no "let me talk to the guy upstairs" about price (which makes me not trust a salesperson). Kevin sat down with me and we crunched the numbers together to get the payments where we needed them. He was great! They had the truck delivered to our home 30 miles away and we were able to sign all the final paperwork in the comfort of our home. Both Kevin and Jimmy have continued to check in on us several weeks after purchasing the truck...the customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. I sent an email on a Saturday evening requesting more details. Kevin the sales manager called me first thing Sunday morning. We talked about the truck and my trade. He gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, and a great price on the Chevy I wanted. There was no hassle, no bickering like you get at most dealers. One of the sales guys, Samuel sent me several photos and answered all of my questions for me as well. The best part... they delivered the truck to me free of charge and gave me the opportunity to inspect the truck at my house prior to signing paperwork. More

Amazing Service Department! I was visiting the area when my vehicle sustained some pretty severe damage to the front bumper and engine compartment.
