Samuel provided a no-pressure sale and was very accommodating in offering to deliver my new truck to my home for a test drive and a viewing for my family's benefit; even offering to overnight the purchase documentation so that my family would be more comfortable with social distancing. We opted to take delivery at the Rio Vista dealership and found the showroom to be safe and sanitary, all of the documentation pre-prepared and a limited exposure visit provided for us. Samuel proved to be extremely knowledgeable in walking us through the vehicles features and set-up, thanks again Samuel for your help and support. More

Excellent customer experience & LOVE my new Tahoe!!! Where to begin? I wasn't even LOOKING to buy a new car, I just happen to have a great friend that was shopping for herself and while she was trying a Where to begin? I wasn't even LOOKING to buy a new car, I just happen to have a great friend that was shopping for herself and while she was trying a few different cars out, I just happened to see this Tahoe and swooned at first sight - but that was at Christmas and like I said, I was not shopping for cars! Long story short, she ended up with her gorgeous Suburban about a month ago and while I was trying not to drool all over it, she said just let me talk to Tyler... Long story short, we drove up (from SB) to check it out, take it for a test drive and well now I can drool all over my own Tahoe! I did all my in initial paperwork with Jimmy, he's awesome - friendly, courteous and funny! Then I finally (!!!) met Tyler, he came in on his day off just to make sure I was taken care of (I WAS!), and finished up my financing paperwork with Erick, yet one more exceptional person to meet, swap stories and laugh while signing (I think) 53 sheets of paper... I could not have asked for a better experience, from start to finish, and I just want to say how much I appreciate y'all up there at Rio Vista Chevrolet!!! TEN GOLD STARS FOR EVERYONE! More
