I was downsizing from an SUV to CX-3; after driving it for two months it's a nice car, but I wish I had stayed with a larger model. Next time. More
Worst Sales Experience Ever! I would give a negative rating if I could. Beware people! Never had a more disappointing sales experience! My car sales person Fatos was rude and full I would give a negative rating if I could. Beware people! Never had a more disappointing sales experience! My car sales person Fatos was rude and full of attitude. Why would anyone even put such a person in the front office? And guess what.. he's their Master Sales Consultant! Riley is the only Mazda dealership in the vicinity, and I guess this has got into their head. They couldn't care about customers any less. They are never certain about their inventory, and never meet the promised deadline to deliver. They get customers only because of their pricing. As I mentioned, we don't have a lot of options around Stamford and so my friend went there and had a horrible car buying experience as well! They couldn't get a car for him in time because of which the deal went over to the next month after which on the delivery day they even refused to honor a discount they'd given him saying that the offer was not valid this month. All this on the delivery day and as if it was his fault if they couldn't locate a car in time. They told they'd give me a referral bonus of $50 (which is xxxxty I know), but they didn't honor that too! Like seriously.. saving 50 bucks?? I would highly recommend you to go somewhere else, and stay away from these bunch of crooks if you want anything close to a satisfying car experience. More

I had one of the most unenthusiastic hellos from the two salespeople at the door and wasn't even introduced. Then when I started to talk about the car it was as if I was taking up Fatos' time despite being the only person in the dealership showroom. I've heard from others that have purchased their cars from here that this is one of the worst dealerships and had this confirmed with my visit. They asked if I was trading anything in and asked to evaluate my trade. After looking at the car they gave me a ridiculously low number and I knew it wasn't worth my time to go anything further despite having been prepared to walk out with keys to a new car or the paperwork for a car in order. More

He was friendly and knowledgeable and he was able to get me the vehicle that I wanted. He worked with me on a trade-in price for my car as well as a good price on my new CX-3. He was courteous and patient as he went through the financials for the purchase as well as the details of the car when I picked it up. His agreeable and positive attitude helped seal a deal that I will be telling friends and family about. More

We had originally planned to purchase a CX-5 from a Mazda dealership closer to home, but after a very frustrating exchange proved they were unwilling to work with us, we drove to Stamford. Unsure if this dealership would be as bad, we discussed the possibility of buying our other option, a Ford Escape, instead. Thankfully, our salesman, Dennis, knew exactly what he was doing. He got us a great deal and was respectful of our time and us; the entire process took no more than 20 minutes. We were glad to buy a CX-5 from him. Plus, our experience picking up the car and signing papers was equally smooth. Trevor was awesome during the financing portion. Basically, everyone was great at Riley Mazda. Fair, considerate, and happy to help! More

Our salesperson,Rich, was a nice guy My wife and I recently traded in our 2010 Mazda 3 and purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Riley Mazda in Stamford CT. Our salesperson,Rich, was a nice guy to work with. He asked good questions and quickly understood what was important to us as buyers and he worked with us to arrive at a price that we felt was more than fair.Two days later we came to pick up our car and met with Trevor to review the financing. He too was very friendly and easy to work with.Overall we had pleasant experience and we came away feeling that we got a good deal and that Riley Mazda gretly appreciated our business. More
