I have had Porsche BMW Audi and there sales people all pale in comparison to Dennis White. I can't talk on the phone during business hours he was kind enough to do almost the entire transaction via email. Riley had a great selection and ended up having exactly what I wanted. He worked up numbers a fast as I have ever seen. I told him at 11:00 am I was buying the cx5 and he had me written up and put the door with he car the same day at 1:00. All the staff was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dennis White in particular. He could not have been any more professional and courteous. GlennU More

At first, I went there because they were convenient to work and had a quick shuttle that would drop me off in the morning and pick me up when my car was ready. However, I really like that the service manager actually knows me by name and when I have to make a decision on a service option he patiently explains the pros and cons and I feel I can make an informed choice. It's a smaller dealership, so there's never a long line and if anything is not perfect, it is taken care of right away. I've dealt with luxury car service desks that have a "take a number" attitude. That doesn't happen at Riley. More

The staff at Riley Mazda is GREAT. From the sales staff to the service department, everyone has been great. I have a long history with Riley, spanning almost 10 years and two different Mazda's. I purchased one at Riley and serviced one that was purchased elsewhere. Throughout the years the staff at Riley has always been courteous and professional. The purchasing experience was easy and stress free. There were no hi pressure tactics and I received the best price in relation to other Mazda dealers in the area. Do your research, go in knowing what you want, and get a good deal; simple. If you need service, Seth at Riley is a great guy. He's been the "face" of the dealer for me as once the purchase is complete you'll be dealing with him going forward. He's easy to work with, very professional, and always friendly. He found the exact model I was looking for rather quickly, and upon arrival, the car was shined up nicely (along with a red bow on the hood - nice touch). Paperwork was perfectly in order according to the terms of the deal, and plenty of follow up to see if I needed help with anything. So far, very good experience. More

From our first visit to Riley Mazda, just to look, to today when I drove my new baby off their lot, the experience was a positive one. We had a couple of "discussion points" during the process, but our salesman, Dennis White, was always professional, courteous and did his utmost to make this a wonderfully positive experience all around. We will recommend Dennis and this dealership in the future. More

Service department is lacking they blamed Mazda corporate Sorry to say that my experience with Riley has consistently gone down hill. This is the second time it has taken many days to fix a relatively simple issue. 3.5 days to fix a brake caliper and a switch for an adjustable seat. The last time we had work done it took two trips and the work was not completed properly resulting in an emergency visit to a Mazda dealership while on vacation in Rhode Island. More

No games - Provided a more than fair value for our trade-in and then an excellent price for the car (CX-5). Dennis knows how to mix the proper amount of follow-up without overdoing it and putting pressure on. I came back numerous times to test drive and they were happy to have me do so. They didn't have the exact model with options we wanted -- so they found it and had it waiting for us a few days later. Dennis - thanks again. Oh and did I mention easy and very low fee financing from Mazda. More

I decided to come another day instead and when I offered to come down there in an Uber, he told me that wasn't happening and he'd pick me up. Amazing. The price was great, and the process was simple and straightforward. Dennis helped me to be in and out of there in a day, which was phenomenal. He was very professional and was happy to answer all my questions. I love my new Mazda. I was actually dreading going to the dealership after hearing what happened at other places, but it is pretty clear that they've never been to Riley Mazda. I can't recommend that place enough. If you're considering going there, stop considering and just go. Ask for Dennis White - you'll be glad you did. More
