Best service ever and very courteous staff. They have an excellent service dept. I have a 2012 Focus along with a 2019 Escape. The Focus is a low mileage vehicle... around 45,000 miles and I only had one issue with the Transmission control module. It was completely covered. The Escape is a welcome addition! You can't go wrong with Riley Ford and they know who you are when you go in. Highly do recommend this dealership! More
