Terrible service department. Brought 2011 f250 in for an egr replacement under the extended warranty. Air conditioner worked great beforehand. Called to see if they drained the r134 from ac and technician said no they didn't do anything with the ac?? So in other words they hit a line and drained the r134 refrigerant. They have lots of pressure so they must've known about it but still sent it out the door without refilling system or repairing the leak. Very disappointed in their service More
