When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to my salesman, Gavin Schauffler, and he did a terrific job of explaining exactly what options were available to me. Even though I had to wait for a few weeks to actually receive my new SUV, Gavin kept in contact with me and updated me regarding the status of my vehicle throughout the process. When my RAV4 finally arrived at the dealership, Gavin let me know what time to be there in order to get the vehicle inspection and financing taken care of promptly.
