my name is Jeanette J. I want to tell everyone about the great treatment I received at Rick Hill Nissan. First, I want to tell you about ZACK the salesman that was always attentive and there to help me when great treatment I received at Rick Hill Nissan. First, I want to tell you about ZACK the salesman that was always attentive and there to help me whenever I needed it. ZACK seemed to care about finding me the perfect car to meet my needs. I would also like to thank Jay Morgan for his attention to my needs in financing. Both of these men made me feel like part of the family at Rick Hill Nissan and as if they cared. That's rare. These two men worked together as a team to find me the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. I trust them and I would highly recommend them to everyone. So call ZACK, he's there every day except Tuesday Ready and willing to assist. Those folks at Rick Hill Nissan Dryersburg TN. will treat you right Don't forget to tell them Jeanette J. sent you. More
Advertises and sells the wrong vehicle models. We have bought 3 Nissan Rougues from Rick Nissan and have previously had good experience buying new cars. So when we needed a truck for work we went We have bought 3 Nissan Rougues from Rick Nissan and have previously had good experience buying new cars. So when we needed a truck for work we went back and found a used 2015 Nissan Frontier PRO 4X on the lot. At the time of purchase the fair market value of the truck with 115,000 miles on it was around $16,000. We thought we were buying a base model PRO 4X because it was all manual and no features whatsoever. However, what we were sold was a stripped down "S" model Frontier, and the fair market value of it at the time was $10,000. There are no markings or decals that indicate which version it is, and nowhere on any of the paperwork does it list the sub-model type. After dealing with GAP insurance on the last totaled Nissan Rogue we purchased there, GAP required all paperwork to be sent in including the sticker. The sticker on the Frontier states it is a "PRO 4X", the GAP insurance we paid for is now useless, we've been paying too much on auto insurance for a higher valued vehicle, and our loan company payment reflects that we've been paying on a "PRO 4X" model, not the cheaper stripped down "S" model. To correct the error they offered to print off a new window sticker and give us "a good deal" on trading in the "S" model we actually have, but that doesn't change the fact that they advertised and sold us the wrong model vehicle, nor the $5000 we overpaid on this truck and trading in would put us upside down on our note with a much higher payment. After 8 years of continued service with them, they just sold us the last vehicle they ever will. We are taking our business elsewhere with less shady businesses practices. More

The 2nd truck spent more time in the shop than in my driveway. Figured that was a fluke and got rid of it as soon as we could. Went back a 3rd time and bought a "new" Frontier with 2900 miles on it. The salesman Terry said that it was purchased from a dealer that was closing out and it was only used to deliver parts. Come to find out the truck had been wrecked. We took it back up there several times requesting that they repair what was wrong. Finally, they did agree to 'fix" it however they super glued the fuse box, they did not fix the broken frame that required some welding. They came back with "maybe you wrecked it" WTH?? This place will never get any of my business again. They do not stand behind their product/vehicle. They refused to show us a car fax. What they've done is illegal and this is not over by a long shot. I am in touch with Nissan Corp and going thru the motions to give them the opportunity to fix the issue before securing an attorney. I may end up with a cracked truck but rest assured I will tell everyone I see not to do business with them. More
Unfavorable Customer Treatment My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier from Rick Hill Nissan, in Dyersburg Tn. . The sale and customer treatment was fine until we went My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier from Rick Hill Nissan, in Dyersburg Tn. . The sale and customer treatment was fine until we went to pick up the truck. At that time we where handed one ignition key and no key fobs. We asked for the other keys and where told the one key was all that came with the vehicle. These keys are special electronic keys, that cost $157.00 per key and the key fobs cost $200.00 per plus tax. My wife and I could not believe that we had bought a vehicle with only one key and no fobs. What kind of dealer sells a vehicle with one key, without letting the customer know on the front end of the sale that they would have to purchase additional keys and fobs that would run into hundreds of dollars. This type of treatment does not represent a five star dealership in my book. More

Worst Car Dealership Ever This dealership is the reason used car dealers have the reputation as snakes in the grass. I had found a car listed on cargurus and on Rick Hill's web This dealership is the reason used car dealers have the reputation as snakes in the grass. I had found a car listed on cargurus and on Rick Hill's website and called this morning to confirm it was still on the lot. I talked with Terry Price and was told that the car was still available and he would have it sitting out front for me. I told Terry that I was driving 6 hours round trip from Nashville and Mondays are the only day I am not working. After driving all the way to Dyersberg I was informed that not only had Terry left for the day because his daughter was sick (which is understandable) but also that the car I had driven 6 hours out of my way to look at had been sold. EVEN THOUGH I CONFIRMED WITH TERRY THAT MORNING IT WOULD BE THERE. The sales manager (who never bothered to give me his name) would not even stand up from his computer or even look me in the eyes to apologize or even make up for their mistake. He started making excuses for not being able to call me back, but couldn't even stand up and look me in the eye like a man. People make mistakes, but a SALES MANAGER should be able to MANAGE a situation like this. So let me help you in the future: If one of your sales associates makes this big of a screw up you still had 3 hours before I got there. You could have pulled every other car on the lot that would have met my needs and make me a deal, look through your massive dealer network and offer to transfer a car to me, or at the least offer a gas voucher for my time and expense in driving out of my way. Any of these options would have been acceptable but instead your sales manager acted like an ostrich and put his head in the sand. I expect this out of some hole in the wall car dealership, but not an affiliated Nissan dealership. Your sales people are why people buy everything online. This was the worst service I have ever received, and I've waited 30 minutes for Taco Bell so that says a lot. More

The first dealer I visited only showed me one car and it was nothing like what I asked for. When I started negotiating the price, he actually laughed in my face. I drove a few more miles to Dyesburg, and I was treated with respect and got exactly what I wanted. Brandon was great! More
