After contacting the dealership many times to no avail, we have been given the run around on canceling a non active warranty. I was told after submitting my cancelation forms it would be 4-6 weeks before r we have been given the run around on canceling a non active warranty. I was told after submitting my cancelation forms it would be 4-6 weeks before receiving the refund. Well, after 4 weeks, I was given a 1-800 number who then informed me that the accounting office at the dealership has not even filed our forms and it would be a few more weeks before we see any progress. Since we are a military family we live 10 hours away from the dealership and cannot get anyone to answer our phone calls. At this rate, our lawyer will be getting involved immediately. Any military families be leary of this dealership, they act like they want to help only to give you the cold shoulder when they owe you money. More
