I always thought the process of getting a car would be difficult but Mikal made it the most enjoyable and easiest experience ever! This was the WORST experience ever buying a car! My husband and I went in on April 9 pre ordered a highlander. We were upfront and told them we had outside financing. The highlander was not going to be in till the mid of May. Our sales person was Jordan Sellers, he told us he would be in contact with us and keep me informed on the status of the car. That was the 1st lie! I called a week and a half before the car was scheduled to come in to check the status. I was told it was pushed back, ok I understand not the best market. Then I had called back to follow up the week it was supposed to come in. I found out again it was pushed back. At this point I am frustrated still haven’t spoken with Jordan. The next day he calls and tries to tell me that he called and left several voicemails. Don’t lie!!! I called him out and he apologized for lying. Then he told me they got the bill of lading so in less than 72 hours they will have the car. The next day Jason calls to tell me the car has been pushed back yet once again!!!!! I asked him about the bill of lading and he said no and he didn’t know why Jordan would say that lie 2!!! I told Jason I refuse to work with Jordan Seller’s! Jason took care of that and my new sales person was Kat and she was very on top on things. Also, due to the unexpected delay in the car Jason knew I was concerned that the car not coming in by the end of the month my rate was going to change. We talked about when I could do the paperwork. Kat called me Friday to let me know that the car was in! I was excited even if it was short lived. I spoke with my outside financing they sent me the paperwork so I sent it to Kat so the dealership could verify the funds before the holiday weekend. That’s when it took a turn for the worse. I got a phone call from Steve Frasier and he tried telling me that he was not accepting outside financing that’s not what was agreed upon. I told him that was our plan from the beginning and everyone knew it. He asked to call me back, when he did he again told me that he would not accept outside financing nor cash that was not agreed upon. When I told him he was wrong I told Jordan. Steve told me Jordan isn’t known to lie?!?! So I am?!? Steve then proceeded to tell me maybe this car isn’t the car for me. That is exactly right that is not the car nor the dealership for me. Steve just wanted to make money off of me, I have been in financing for 16 years. I am a client and deserve better than I got. Jordan nor Steve are good with customers or should be working with customers buyers beware. More
The online price supposedly includes all fees except tax, tag, & title. Get to the dealership and they now inform us that they install LoJack on every car and want to charge $1495 more which is 12% of the c tag, & title. Get to the dealership and they now inform us that they install LoJack on every car and want to charge $1495 more which is 12% of the cost of this used vehicle to begin with. Will not remove the LoJack but insist on jockeying numbers around until the price goes even higher. We had to walk away because we couldn't take the xx anymore. Half a day wasted. This is the kind of place that gives used car salesmen a bad name. Sales person was Jordan Seller. Sales Mgr was Jenkins Dunbar. Save yourself some time and stay away. More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Grant Shumate, and my first at Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs. I bought a Tundra from Grant just over a year ago at his previous employer. I loved working with Grant so much that I followed him over to Hendrick to purchase my new 2022 Highlander! Grant is an absolute professional, and an all-around great guy! You can tell that Grant really feels at home here, and truly loves working for Rick Hendrick. I reached out to Grant last week about trading in my Tundra for a new Highlander, and just like before, he made the process extremely easy, as he found the perfect vehicle for my family and I! 2 of my kids came with me this time, and Grant was just as amazing with them as he was with me! Financing was an absolute breeze with Aldair, and the customer Service staff at Hendrick were amazing as well! While this was my second vehicle purchase with Grant, it definitely will NOT be the last! An absolute pleasure working again with Grant, and my first time with Rick Hendrick Sandy Spring Toyota! More

They truly cared, and wanted to do everything they could to right the reason for the bad review. I was pleasantly surprised, and appreciated their efforts to make things right. An initial unpleasant experience can happen, but what is the true judge of character of an individual or organization, is how the initial problem is reacted to. From the moment I walked in until after my car was delivered, Sam made me feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure my RAV4 car buying experience was an absolutely great one. Trading in my car was a smooth and straightforward process as well. Brian and Victoria were also a pleasure to work with. There is no doubt in my mind I will be revisiting this dealership when it is time to buy or lease a new car. Thank you for everything! More
