We had an appointment with Milton, however since we got there hours earlier than the agreed time, we decided to work with Mikal who was very helpful and listened well. He asked a lot of appropriate questio there hours earlier than the agreed time, we decided to work with Mikal who was very helpful and listened well. He asked a lot of appropriate questions to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted/needed. We test drove 2 cars, and he was helpful with directions. The only frustration was the wait time, however they said that on this particular day, they were working with half their staff which happens and I understand. Milton stepped back in towards the end and was very nice, and gave the last update before we signed the paperwork. I 100% recommend speaking with Mikal though, because he was very helpful. More
