Very Disappointing Service Center. I took my truck in for an oil change and alignment. During the alignment process, the steering sensor was somehow broken, though I'm unsure how th I took my truck in for an oil change and alignment. During the alignment process, the steering sensor was somehow broken, though I'm unsure how that occurred. Nevertheless, they assured me it would be replaced by the next day. However, two days passed, and after paying over $120 for the alignment, my truck not only pulls severely to the left but also bears scratches on the steering wheel and damage to the bottom of the steering column. What began as routine maintenance ended in additional damage and without the completion of the initial service I requested. Moreover, when I called yesterday to inquire about my truck, I received multiple conflicting explanations for the delay, leaving me without a clear understanding of the situation. At this juncture, I feel compelled to seek service elsewhere due to genuine concerns for my safety. Approach their service center with caution. More
