I met Rakid at the door who instantly made me feel at ease via his diving into speaking to me as a guest first & customer second. He walked through my goals & wishes vs diving into showing me cars & prices. Well at the end of the visit not only had I purchased a car for myself but I was able to upgrade my daughter's car as well. After picking out both vehicles the experience continued to be great thanks to Sammy in finance & out the door with Alyssa and her educating me on all aspects of the vehicles.
